At ThaiDine, we pride ourselves on our commitment to authenticity, artistry, and sustainability.

Head Chef Dom studied at catering college and subsequently began his career at his Mother’s restaurant ‘Siam’ in 2010 as a Teppanyaki chef. In 2013 he moved to Glasgow to work at the famous ‘Sapporo’ chain and then Manchester with the same company where he has worked until now. His speciality is Thai cuisine and Sushi. During his time at Sapporo he has cooked for many famous footballers and sporting greats.

Our History
Where It All Began

Our restaurant is situated in the Burton Building on Bridge St., Wrexham. This building was built in 1896 and is currently Grade II listed building because it is seen as a fine example of C1900 commercial building design employing locally produced materials and surviving intact.

The building is believed to house the oldest gentleman’s club in Wrexham from the 60s or 70s. Many features have been retained to keep the historical value of the building.
